Great work Cutty! Glad to see you lifting and having fun with it! No being disappointed in positive weight loss, down is down! Plus if its not enough, do better on your diet! Can't do it halfassed and expect greatness! Long process, stay consistent and be proud when you lose !!!

Thanks guys. Not having a very good couple days.

Super stressed and I've yet to have any whole foods since last weigh in. A lot of unhealthy eating and now strength weaker, lower back and ankle hurting bad. I am not having a very good week.

My back has been tender since I did ME deads and you can see it in the video where I strained my back. My ankle has hurt since I had surgery on it and it just is something that happens, I think it hurt a lot because I over stretched it when I had a few drinks so I just made it sore. It was ok today but a little bit tender.

I spent the first half of my day working, and then I went to a 2x car audio event which was great. I talked to a lot of people and actually got myself talking and meeting new people which is a good step. The people there are people that go to all of the shows and if I really want to make the best time of it I need to talk to them, so I did

Although diet wise it was horrible, I did have a good time and I really blew off some steam. I had a pretty bad day at work so it was nice to have the ability to really let loose and have fun.

I have been doing the same since I moved from NY to CO. Just going to the places I am interested in and just approaching an involved stranger and asking them how it works. Most people love to share their passion with a newb.

Watch the rep quality and quantity. Deads are a special animal. Not usually a volume move. One or a few good reps with the right weight does the work!

Yeah this week I'm just going to go and kind of go through the motions. I may add in some cardio or sport, my ankle is still rocked and I'm going to have to try to wrap it. What sucks is there's pinches nerves in there and that's what makes it hurt to walk on.

Soon I'll be installing some audio equipment in the car which is going to be some activity and isn't necessarily running or walking around the block, but it is up and moving instead of on a couch/chair.

Thanks guys. I'm not sure what is wrong but something feels off, my whole body hurts and I'm constantly tired. I have to cut the grass here soon I skipped going into the gym today, I have no drive or want to go in anymore.

It's pretty crappy heh.
