3 second paused rep goblet squats - 80x5 for 3 sets

Rear Delt DB - 20lbs for 4 sets of 12

Did some outside work today, cleaned the windows which had some 10 year grime on them. Got a couple of my audio team's stickers on.. she's starting to look like mine

I'm still alive but rough time. I did finish training last week and it went well. No training this week as I prepare for the UPA Power Weekend.

I'll get the vids and the rest of the log up. After that I'm going to shut this log down and start a new one for my Purus Labs D-Pol and Condense supplement logs
