Bench: 135, 155, 185, 205, 225, 250x1, 155x12 pause reps
Glad the bench is getting stronger and shoulder staying stable.

DB Row: 85, 85, 85x8

Pec Deck: 175, 175, 175x8
Just trying to mix things up.. pec deck hurts shoulder a little but it wasn't so bad today, getting a good stretch and connecting to chest more.

Seated Rows: 12, 12, 12x8
I think the 12 is 120 pounds.. seems that it's 12 plates and I think they are 10lb plates. Either way it was pretty strong, light, good intensity/little rest.

Sumo Deads: 135, 135, 225, 225, 275, 315, 385, 415x1
Pulls felt good, I got side view vids of 385 and 415 and I see my glutes are a weak point. I'm happy with shoulders behind bar and I think I was gripping the bar too wide today because both pulls my hands were getting pulled open and hips were back.. I know on my last pull I about dropped bar and is why I didn't count it.

Will do this weight again next week, or do a dynamic week then the week after.

Military Press: 140x3, 140x3, 140x8
Last set I'm going to do as many as possible. I had maybe 1 left in the tank before I start to use legs. I'm very strict on not using legs, I may bend back some but my legs do not move.

Rear Delt DB - 10, 10, 10x12
Little rest, high intensity. I was going to do side raises after this but my hurt shoulder started to get irritated and it wasn't worth bugging it to do them.

Alright. Nice comeback.

Take it slow with the shoulder. Keep the leverage moves (lateral raises, etc) light and high rep for a while.

Good luck with finding better work.

Nothing to be necessarily proud about right now. Work is killing me, I've been working out and going at 5 in the morning. I will update everything soon. Sent this pic to a girl I am talking to. Not sure if it was good or not but even though I'm really bloated I don't mind the pic that much.
