weather was good yesterday so I did some outdoor training

just after I got my squats/cg bench done I moved outside into the yard
as my shed/man cave/literal dog house is too low to stand and press I took advantage of the rare good weather.

so the Training was a follows



Close Grip bench press 47.5kg x 8,8,8
Squat 100kg x 3,3,3,3

out doors
Deadlift 115kg x 5
Over head press 40kg x 5,5,5,5
Clean and push press 40kg x 10,7,6 (new movement, loved it felt like I activated some muscles that haven't been used before)
Bent Over row (lighter day) 47.5kg x 5,5,5,5,5.
reverse crunches x 18, 18, 14.

Good lifts, mate.

Clean 'n press is awesome, yep.

I do the power clean -> strict press, but ain't nothing wrong with push pressing either, of course.
