I'm trying to train at a slight deficit as well. It ain't easy and even a little progress is hard to get. Looking good in here.

I prefer bb press, but my home gym has a low ceiling so I cant press.
And its raining so I cant do it out side.

So just finished the session indoors with my wifes adjustable dumbells.
Its not ideal.


....when I say home gym, I mean shed/dog kennel
And my dog is useless at spotting.
