Dumb Ox Gym Training Log
 
This will be my log, I call my garage gym the Dumb Ox Gym (long story). I also lift at a gym nearby quite a bit with someone I consider a very good friend and training partner, Ben Moore. I'll keep fairly updated with workouts and videos.

End of beltless 8 week cycle, goal was a beltless PR.

660-Miss, meet PR was 656 with belt 8 weeks ago, fast off the floor, lockout wasn't there and probably jumped too fast.
