Thanks a lot guys, really put in a lot of work under the bar on my bench and I really feel like it's my lift that's making the most steady progress. Definitely feel like I'm more capable of high volume with the bench which helps that progress a lot.

Today was rest day, which went great, hit my macros and rested for deadlifts tomorrow!

8/7/13 Deadlifts with Ben Moore at Impact Elite Gym

Last week this session beat my ass and was very tough for me. I just felt beat up the whole session with the new lifts this part of the cycle. This week the weight went up and my spirits were up and the training session went incredible. Went like this:
