Default SO's Training Log

Hey everyone!

Life's been moving really fast recently so it's been a while since I've posted on the forum, but it's about time for me to get back on and start logging again. I see alot of familiar names on the forum and a ton of new ones, very glad to see the forum still going strong.

My workout right now is a slight modification of the Reg Park beginner 5x5 and I'm focusing on increasing my bodyweight and getting as strong as possible. My weight is somewhere around 190 right now and the goal is 200 in the next few months.
