Nice sqat PR again. What are the density rows you did for your back a few workouts back? Regarding the belt, I think you'll be able to progress faster with it also. That's what happened to me, although I began using it a lot earlier. It may take some getting used to, though, so I wouldn't expect too much right away. My training partner always squats without a belt and he said it actually makes it more difficult for him to try it with a belt since it's a different technique.
