Squat failed 110kg I keep doing this. I just suck at this lift lol 5x5 100
Bench 4x5 110kg PR. will do this weight next week 3x3 110kg
Deadlift 137.5kg .x3 so dropped weight down to 125kg
BR 75kg 5x5 Can't row heavily and Deadlift on the same day for some reason. Doing proper 90 degree rows now.
1x5 67.5kg OHP PR
Wide grip pull-ups 25 rep set.

Not a bad day. Got a machine for my power rack so going to throw in some lat pulldowns.

Wednesday

Squat 1x5 112 PR couldn't get the other sets. Did 5x5 102.5kg
OHP 65kg felt too heavy did like 2 sets so I did 5x5 62.5kg.reps were a lot cleaner and pretty much did not grind any.

BR 85kg 5x5 changed rowing style a little.
Curls 3x8 40kg
CGBP 5x5 100kg

BR 5x5 87.5 kg decent form. Can't keep my spine neutral so I end up sort of shrugging the weight.

Switching squat to 3x5. Keep stalling and the last two sets become impossible so think it might be better.

Dumbell row 45kg 5x8
Dumbell press 2x10 38 kg dumbbells

It was a light day, which explains the low volume.

Forgot to put up an OHP PR form Monday's session: 5x5 67.5kg
