Default Jen_Zarello's 3/5/1 Powerlifting training log

After what seems like the longest week in the history of history, I've finally had time to get back into lifting. I've been doing 5/3/1 with my husband for awhile now but I hurt my knee and had to take a break from squats. I just recently got back into squats so I'm giving myself a new start.

6/22/2013

3/5/1 Cycle 1 Wave 1 powerlifting

Bench w/u
45 x 5
65 x 5
75 x 3

Working
85 x 3
105 x 3
115 x 3

Heavy Singles
120 x 1
125 x 1

Squats w/u
75 x 5
95 x 5
105 x 3

Working
125 x 3
145 x 3
165 x 3

Deadlift w/u
65 x 5
85 x 5
105 x 3

Working
125 x 3
135 x 3
155 x 3

Heavy Singles
175 x 1
185 x 1 (PR)

Feel like tonight went good. Glad to finally be out lifting with Hubby again. I fear it will only be a weekend thing with my crazy schedule but It's better then nothing.

All out awesome day of training. Very proud of you for getting the work done. You forgot to mention that your 115x3 was a rep PR. Keep it up. You will hit your goals in no time.

Yeah with no time during the week I gotta get it in somewhere. That's why there is no accessories. I was spent. Thanks for stopping in!
