Had a little extra time this morning and a little 2 year old coach so I thought why not get a little extra in.

Squats
55 x 10
65 x 10
75 x 10
95 x 10
115 x 25

One Arm Rows
10 lbs 3 x 10

Meadow's Rows
10 lbs 3 x 10

Band Pulldowns x 25

Face pulls x 25

My 2 year old coach didn't get off that easy. He did 10 lb squats, 10 lb dead lifts, and 10 pull ups. He also got in some band pull aparts. Proud Mama

Great job getting in a training session. Very strong squats and I see you took a page out of my squat book w/ your 25 reppers. Burn baby burn!
