I've always been a big guy and was in the 190-200+ range most of the time. Not ripped obviously.
I don't care about weight just an odd feeling being lighter than my 8th grade self lol

I will say though all my shirts and stuff still fit right as ever on the shoulders/back. And I've actually not lost any on arms this entire time.....though I've got smaller arms anyway ha
