Will update here in a few minutes with workouts.

Last time I was 170 pounds I had gone hardcore Triathlon training without and lost tons of muscle. 19 years old.

Last time I was below 170 I was in Middle school lol

172.4 marks a 30+ pound loss since September who included a few relapses.

I got caught up in research, studying and work stuff so no real updates this week.

Wasn't much to see really. Deload week so lighter weights with slightly higher rep ranges but went to the gym everyday, supposed to go in tomorrow but going to the lake with my GFs family and no gym.

Also did 4x MISS cardio sessions burning 450kcals per session and 2x HIIT sessions (15 minuter warm up, 15 intervals (15/45sec), 15 minute cooldown)

Thats my normal cardio amounts. I do the HIIT outside on a 5K track. Starting to be much too short!

Back to pushing bigger weights next week though.

Average weigh in sub 173 this week, will see if I change my macros next week or not since we had such a good week.

**Hasn't happened yet but in the past I would have been amazed at my progress and somewhat happy with it. I know this time is different because the PR weigh ins and pictures just makes me want more, knowing I can take it to the next level.

Will be headed back to full time interning this week so I am going to have to schedule my workouts and be even more on top of scheduling and diet. May be time to bust out my "Bro Cooler" 6-Pack bag.
