130 Carbs??? yikes! not to rub it in but mine are prob 5 times that amount but im also not shredded like you!

I only get 170 on my workout days lol but that 40 carbs is huge!

Luckily my body runs pretty efficiently on lower carbohydrates. Genetics plays into this game in many ways but many don't think about the diet. There are some guys working with my coach and others that are getting shredded on 100 more carbs. Just the name of the game.

I'm pushing it extra hard right now trying to get a full on legit 6 pack. I just seem to hold all my extra fat on my abdomen so taking some doing.

That said I'm getting compliments galore. I'm more cut than I've ever been in my life and look the best. I used a local trainer who did a good job in the beginning but I think I'd be light years ahead if I'd started with John a year ago. It's been an experience.

I'll post some pics soon and see the 11 month transformation. 203-205 to right now 169-170. Shirts still fit tight and probably better since no stomach haha while pants and boxers won't stay on haha

It's funny my weight has actually fluctuated up but cuts still slowly coming in....... And still work in process. Genetic fail there lol arms, shoulders, chest and even crazy lower ab veins coming in strong. But still not deep six pack cuts. Just slow work. 14 week progress though. Night and day.
