My weight the past couple days has been around 163 but I'll let time tell with the calories. I'm trying to get out of that rush everything phase. I did the work sets statically with the top weight and never thought I wouldn't get it. Last time I ramped up and struggled with the weight for last rep on each. Making progress in one area!! I've been going beltless on all my lifts except one day a week for squats and I can really tell the carry over.

I've also been going belt less for a few months. I like it better, feels like the core gets stronger.

Well pushing through yesterday's workout gave me a
great one today. Very happy with my rack pulls. I've added
