Well ended my lifting week off well. I'm playing around in my head with the idea of rotating a week of hitting squat and bench everyday with what I'm doing now. One day hit my singles the next day go back and attempt to beat a rep goal and flip flop the bench and squat single days. This would give me a mini overreach and back down cycle in the span of two weeks. Sounds good on paper. I'll keep doing this till I know for sure I won't burn out though.
