Well Hello everyone

Its been a while obviously since ive posted but ive been on the grind still!

Got with a trainer back in April that got me off my feet big time but he had a training injury unfortunately.. RIP Dani Desmarchais
But after that misfortune and taking what i learned from him proved priceless fr the next couple months.

This December though i started working with William Carver (not sure if okay to mention) and this has already proven to be a great decision
Physiques has changed immensely

Some information about me for those that don't remember previous posts lol
was 155 when i started with dani back in april, just weighed in 177lbs
5'11"
20 years old starting 4th college semester

some other cool stuff i have going for me is a meet that is about to start up in april.. my friend's brother has offered to sponsor me!! very excited about that

diet has been 4000+ calories since i started with dani
now with Will im at 6000 with a free meal daily thrown in but he really doesnt care as long as im getting the food in :P
