Well Hello everyone

Its been a while obviously since ive posted but ive been on the grind still!

Got with a trainer back in April that got me off my feet big time but he had a training injury unfortunately.. RIP Dani Desmarchais
But after that misfortune and taking what i learned from him proved priceless fr the next couple months.

This December though i started working with William Carver (not sure if okay to mention) and this has already proven to be a great decision
Physiques has changed immensely

Some information about me for those that don't remember previous posts lol
was 155 when i started with dani back in april, just weighed in 177lbs
5'11"
20 years old starting 4th college semester

some other cool stuff i have going for me is a meet that is about to start up in april.. my friend's brother has offered to sponsor me!! very excited about that

diet has been 4000+ calories since i started with dani
now with Will im at 6000 with a free meal daily thrown in but he really doesnt care as long as im getting the food in :P

Thanks for the support everyone!!

Okay so good news
Placed fourth in my class ;D
So no plastic trophy
This was after I was thought I got last after prejudging (big change chest)
So this was a major shocker for sure

Spoke to the judges after and my conditioning was by far the best ,
Vastly undersized though, the smallest guy outweighed me by 10 pounds
I know what I need to do in this up coming off season

No food porn to give you guys sorry lol
No cravings so whatever sticking to macros
Starting off at 190p/600c/70f
So yes a change from earlier this week but idc I'm ready to eat again :P

I dont have stage pics since my parents are uhmmm port photographers lol
But I will get some up if possible

Thanks for following along guys
Super stoked right now gahhh

Mini Diet
March 27: 193
March 27-3: 185.5
April 4-11: 183
Intro to Prep
April 11-17 avg: 179.4 (high 180.4/low 178.2) fluid 133oz, steps ~31,760
April 18-24:177.0 (high 179/low 175) Fluid 130oz, Steps ~31,866
April 25-May 1: avg. 170.6 (high 173.2/low 167.4) Cardio 950 cals
May 2-8: avg 167.2 (high 167.8/low165.8 ) Cardio 950 calories, 5 sprints
May 9-15: avg 164.6 (high 165.4/low 163.4) Cardio 750, 5 round Hiit
Peak Week
May 16-22: avg 161 (high 162.6/low 160.2) Cardio 750
Cruising
May 22-29: 163.8 (high 166.0/low 162.4) NO CARDIO
May 20-June 5: 169.1 (high 171/low 167) no cardio
June 6-12: avg. 171.8 (high 174.4/low 168) no cardio
Road to 210
June 13-19: avg 177.6 (high 180.8/low174.5) 4 hiit

Diet
230p/1050c/130f

Well if one were to graft this the line leading to my contest would be similar to the line going away
If I continue gaining 5 pounds a week ill be back at 193 lol
But most likely should slow down

Strength for reps is the same as pre comp
Maximal strength I would not know, haven't hit anything lower than 5s in awhile but most likely will hit some 3s and 1s on my heavy days to get the neural drive back

Hiit added in for appetite
Soreness is nonexistent, sleep is the best its ever been
So over doing it and hindering recover is not an issue as of now
Yes, soreness isn't the best guide on recovery but for me and my body I feel as if it helps more than anything

One thing for sure I feel like a fat fella lol
Talking to my mom on the phone and she asked if I just got down running
So keeping my cardio in mind

'My training style though makes itself know though, on the bike the highest my heart rate gets is 140 bpm lol
My short rest periods are my best guess with this

Cheers
