That is a lot of work on squats! How is your recovery after a workout like that?

No soreness at all if I keep some blood flow at least every other day. It's amazing how the body adapts to workload. I've been varying my volume though. Hit a few singles with at least 90% then back down and do sets of 3s, 5s, or 8s and I think that helps big time.

I think I need to add more rowing or do face pulls for my shoulders due to the pressing. It feels as if they're being drawn forward
