Mori's Gonna BE STRONG!!!
After I walked off my job two weeks ago all I knew I wanted to do was to lift heavy ass weights. Latly I have been stuck in a trashie mood till now. I am starting to turn everything around and start to cross train, and see where it will take me. Finding my self with no clue where I want to take my lifting, I been doing soul searching, and two things are common. 1) I want to work on my Olympic Lifts 2) I Want to be strong all a round.

On the assistance work it can be from pulling an atv with weight to fat grip(axle) lift to caarreing barrels for distance. ONE thing is for sure, chalk will be used, blood will be spilt, cuts will be made!!!

I will be starting a this log called Mori's Gonna BE STRONG.


Monday: OLY Work
Wednesday: OLY Work
Friday: OLY Work


Day 1
Chest&Arm assistance

Day 2
Back assistance

Day 3
Leg assistance

If anyone has any excersices they think I should try just post them :)

Not necessarily an exercise, but work on your hook grip! When the Snatch starts to get heavy you will be happy that you are able to hold onto that bar with confidence.

I would also look in the Snatch variations to help you improve your form and strength in certain areas. Don't neglect the squat!

This week is a random week, starting Monday Coach will have a build training plan
