Just got a pair of knee sleeves, so my knees are going to feel downright heavenly on Friday.

Deadlift (all beltless)
160 kg x 3 x 2 sets
185 kg x 3 x 3 sets
200 kg x 2 x 3 sets

Deficit deadlifts
160 kg x 2 x 4 sets

Bench
95 kg x 5 x 2 sets
105 kg x 4 x 5 sets

Both bench and deadlift felt awesome today. Deadlifts will definitely be getting a bump by 5 kg next week.

Did you get Rehband knee sleeves? I also just got a pair off them this week and loved it. Good to hear about the nifty progression on the deads!

Yep, rehbands! Ordered them from Brad Gillingham's place. Got the old 7mm's (older ones). I should have been like the Russians and got XXXXXS, but I didn't lol.

Always a treat to watch you squat and pull. I really like how you put the weight down after lockout.

Thanks, Jim. Appreciate the support.

Could you tell me what you like about it? I'll tell you why I'm asking for more details after you answer so I don't bias the answer! Thanks, dude.

Went up to the strongman facility again today. Big, big improvements for me today.

Last week I couldn't get the 1200 lb tire off the ground (not even a centimeter). Today I got it to my waist, and I think I know how I might be able to get a full flip in.

Last week the 140 lb keg was easy, but the 175 was murdering me. After a couple tries I figured out the 175 lb keg, but unfortunately the medley starts at 200 lbs. I tried that a couple times, and it was easier to get to my shoulder than the 175 because of how it was filled, but I was just too gassed to press it. Hoping, since kegs are the second event after farmers walks, that I'll be able to get at least the first keg (200 lbs).

Made a go at the truck deadlift, but couldn't budge it. I was surprised, I figured that would have been one of my better events. We'll see what putting on a deadlift suit does. The handles are fairly wide out from the body, so it puts me in a position I'm not used to.

Squats and deads looked easy.

Great job on the strongman improvements!

Just speedy and efficient so not to waste any energy. I think the eccentric is still a big part of the form. It is something i have been working on.

Strongman facility? BONUS!! Alot of technique that you seem to be picking up already on that tire flip.
