Nice - an easy and leisurely 385 single!! I have never found anything around 4 PPS easy. Damn!!

Axle C&P - 60 second limit
200 x 2 - it isn't heavy, im just fat and run out of steam quickly

Axle Deadlift - redeemed myself here - 60 second limit
500 x 8

Farmers Hold
240 x not nearly enough. maybe 30ish? Winning time was 1:18

Circus DB - faaaaat
110 x 2

Keg Carry
240 x 70 feet - didn't have enough chalk and lost grip. Still, farther than i made it without a drop last time. this was max distance no drops, other was 100 feet with 1 drop for time

Stone of 54" bar
270 x 1 - heaviest i've loaded so far. now to match the 8 reps my team mate got
