Good work Brute. There's always something needing adjustment it seems like, just keep plugging away as I know you will.

As for that short slick bench with long pins, you could go flat foot and wide, chalk your back, and set up so you have to roll the bar to the front of those long pins so that you can press like you want. Just noodling ideas. Hope that helps.

Thanks fellas. Yeah, there is one decent bench there that I have found. Not perfect, but I don't need perfect. I just need something ok for now.
