Saturday Events Training:

Ok, so the day started off terrible. I was doing oly training and tweaked my back on a light snatch. Couldn't breath and stand up at the same time for a good 20 minutes. Finally rolled it out and hung from the chin up bars to stretch things out, felt good enough to run events.

Axle C&P
110 x some and a few snatches
160 x 3
210 x 0
210 x 0
210 x 0
160 x 1
190 x 1
210 x 1 - nationals isn't happening any time soon, haha. I need 300 pounds on the axle for that.

Circus DB
110 x 1
110 x 1

Sled drags
300 x 100 feet x 3

18 inch deads
135 x 1
225 x 1
315 x 1
405 x 1
495 x 1
545 x 1
585 x 1
615 x 1
655 x 0

other heavy stuff laying around the gym was put over head or walked around with, but nothing official

Your clean and press is getting pretty big. And of course your deads are huge, deadlift freak. Crazy weekend training sessions. You are training like a mad beast.
