Thanks folks. Went in yesterday and trained with the girl. She hit bench for 3 x 5 @ 65 pounds and got a rep at 80 pounds just to see if she could. 3 x 6 on squats @ 95, and a good bit of rowing and some arm work. Here's why arm work is important. Hammer curls have actually reduced tendonitis for her in the past couple of weeks since I had her start doing them.

I'm back and feeling strong again. My shoulder/pecs are too sore to do much, but I got a little work in on them.
