Very good session brute. Especially considering you are working around an injury.
I am curious about the 1 and a half squat. Is it what it sounds like, each rep is a full ROM squat and a half rep squat?

Also on your calf raises, I've always done BB calf raises with the bar on the back. Never thought to do them from the hang position. Very solid idea. I like it.

Thanks Hunter. Haha, i make no comments about how well she takes care of me, but its the left wrist and its from squatting I have an SM comp in April, but nothing until then I think.

Thanks Josh. For those squats, I drop down, come half way back up, hit below parallel again and then return to the top. Wrecks my glutes. And I really like holding the bar in front, gives my traps a little extra work.

Thanks Nathan! They're about 85% right now. I'll keep adding 5 pounds a week as long as I hit all my singles until I am working with 95% (tested max is 550ish) and then go for a new max.

Random arm work. Testing out different things to see how they do with my wrist. About 6 sets on triceps and 4 on biceps, though not much was the same lift twice.
