Decent day today. Called it a little early in the interest of letting my arm heal. Diagnoses is pretty much a bad case of tendonitis in the brachialis, strains in the wrist and shoulder.

Killing underway. Some short sessions this week, gym closings due to weather and the new years rush have made things a little tricky

330 x 1 - left arm is bad. Dropping heavy work until I get form sorted for grip width

Bench - first time in months that there has been no elbow or shoulder pain while benching. moved my grip in a finger width or two, slower while lowering the bar, tucking elbows more
