225 x 5 - grip was dying, but good work on my back side too. working up from here

Leg Press - weights listed are plates only. numbers are what rep number i did rest pause at. 10 breaths before stating up again

BB Calf Raise
225 x 30 - was going to be R/P but never needed a break.

Crunch (ab wheel was missing at the gym)

Decent session today. Lot of pain in the shoulder, elbow, and forearm during bench on my left arm. Its likely from squatting with too close of a grip, going to be working on that in the next several months. Rest/pause gets 10 deep breaths between sets.

Nice work all around Brute!

40 reps on Leg press? That makes my quads hurt just reading that.

FWIW, I've moved my hands out a fair bit on squats as I've got stronger and it helped with the occasional elbow or shoulder pain I would get from time to time. It hasn't changed my form at all either. Just a thought.
