for a 435 squat! I also did that on Sunday thinking of all the guys lifting. Great lifters think alike haha

Excellent session today. Hit a scoop of Condense pre-workout, really helped with my motivation to get in there and tear it up.

Concentration curl - figured i should lighten the weight as my biceps were already so pumped they didn't change at all when flexed

Great to see you get to add weight progression on the bench next time, as that is always exciting. Accessory lifts may not have been exactly what you planned, but its just accessory - important of course but not as much as the main lift. On the incline DB bench, was it just a matter of not being able to get them in place?
