How on Earth have you managed to get so strong in a matter of only 2 years, and end up with pretty ridiculous traps in the bargain?

Thanks Dray! Honestly, its just hard, consistent work and lots of food man. These are more or less what should be expected in that amount of time.

Good training at the strongest gym in the world last night.

Mopping - 30 minutes. You laugh, but it rained a lot yesterday and the floor was wet. I mopped it up and got good and warmed up. This isn't a happy fun times commercial gym. We all chip in and do what we can to take care of the place.
