DONE

I know it looks like a lot, but I was also watching/playing with my son in between sets. I started at 1:15pm and finished 3:20pm. Very happy with my form on all lifts. That was the point of today. I wanted to get my body and mind ready for the next Cycle. I was also looking for some volume especially on squats. Think I accomplished that. I am really ready now for Cycle 13.

Amazing job as usual! Glad you were able to get all you stuff in. I finally understand how hard it is to get your lifting done with a tiny boy yelling for you every half second. Keep up the amazingly awesome work!
