DONE

Great blood flow. Banded DL really got the blood flowing. Felt real good. One more quick session before starting Cycle 13. I have it all planned out and I AM READY TO GO!

No harm no foul! I just don't like sitting around if I can help it. Training is always on my mind. Its like a sickness that I hope never goes away.

This week I was just trying to keep the blood flowing and getting the joints ready for the new cycle. I really want to see some good increases for the rest of the year. I have some big goals to hit and 2013 is already half over. If I don't hit them its not the end of the world but.................

I have been a fan of band work since I started. Banded bench, OH press, DL and squats just to name a few.

Is there a certain program of the 3/5/1 that you are following or have you just adjusted as you went?

I love/hate deloads. Time off to heal, but no heavy weights!

I used 3/5/1 Powerlifting SST Template for 4 cycles. Cycle 13 I am staying with 3/5/1 but throwing in back off sets on bench and OH press. I am keeping leg days the same b/c I like RDLs and Box Squats. On accessory work, I have lowered the sets from 5 to 3 to allow me to focus a lot more on the main lifts instead of worrying too much about the accessory stuff.
