Um, I need to get some high heels to squat in

Ya, no need really for 2 rowing movements as an accessory on bench day. I think anymore might affect recovery for deadlifts anyway. I would also opt for Meadows as they also feel more powerful and can go heavier on them, which you did - 175 X5 is great!

Congratz on the big rep PR on bench as well - that would be about what I would be able to do on them as well.

Yes I am FINALLY back bitches!!! I have been gone too long. No I haven't been lifting the iron. I have been lifting boxes, tables, chairs, appliances, gun safe and everything else for the last week and a half. Back and legs should be strong as sh!t right now.

This is my new program from Lord Wendler's Beyond 5/3/1 book. This is one of the programs he has written focusing more on volume and heavier weights. I have been intrigued since I first got the book. I think this is the perfect time for me to jump right in and give it my all. We'll see how it goes. So far I am already a bit sore in the chesticles. Not bad though since I haven't lifted in a week and a half. I have even lost almost 3lbs in that time frame. What the?

I will be lifting either 3 or 4 times a week, I haven't decided yet. Its really going to depend on what life throws at me. On off days, I will be focusing on cardio and recovery. PVC rolling, agile 8/simple 6 and walking. I now have access to a treadmill so I can walk inside when its freaking cold out. Planning on 2+ miles on those off days. Really going to try hard to stay committed to this plan.

It starts on page 35. It starts with a good base and then you "pick your adventure". Everything will basically be auto-regulated depending on how I feel. Same with accessory work. Nothing too taxing, just getting the work done.
