I love the band pushdowns and how the constant tension fries the tri's. Really nice job to stay loose and like you said blood flow! JB taught me the importance of blood flow.

Banded pushdowns have become a favorite of mine on both pressing days. A real nice finisher. Today I don't feel as "banged" up as I have. I think last nights blood work has helped. Im going to do a few things tonight if it isn't to hot/humid. Just want to keep the blood flowing so I am ready for Cycle 13.

Squats all Paused

OH Press just bar

Push Press working on form

BB Curls just bar

Banded Pushdowns w/ red EFS band
25x3

BW Pushups
25, 20, 20

DONE

Was going to do 3 sets of lunges w/ just the bar but decided to play with my son in his kiddie pool. It was really hot/humid. I was sopping wet from just sweating. This is ridiculous! Suppose to cool off a bit next week right on time for Cycle 13.
