Pretty good session. I am feeling better thats for sure. Don't know what it is. I've been sick 3 times this year and I rarely get sick.

Training is going to be a bit different. Still sticking with 5/3/1, just going about it differently. I recently read an article on Tnation and Wendler has a new Beyond 5/3/1 training format that I am going to use. This will start tomorrow.

The original 531 it seems is becoming obsolete almost with all the variations out now. I haven't kept up on it, so excited to see what the variation is all about!

I haven't been sick in many years now. Hope this is the last time for you.

5/3/1 really has progressed since the beginning. The basic principles still remain the same.

Thnx Rich. I am really enjoying my Trap bar. Its really helping me with DL form. Looking to start pulling soon.

I drink plenty, just not the adult beverage. Maybe I should start.

Good start to the new training. I like the variations.

I reset my squat training max so I can nail down my form even more. Squats felt real good tonight. Working my way to some big numbers.
