Great squatting session tonight. Was not expecting 2 PRs. Everything felt real strong. Ended the Cycle on a strong note. Ready for my week off. Going to do some blood work. BW chins, dips, banded face pulls, pull aparts, stretching, and maybe some Prowler work. Will keep track and still continue to log hear.

That's how to get better at them - do lots and lots! That 35 repper to polish them off is sweet I have done that recently and man it is tougher than it looks!

Congratz on the 340 PR and may there be many more!!

I use those to focus on form and really push myself. That 35 repper was a killer. I might have had 5 more in me, but I stopped.

Quick and Easy

Squats all paused

Banded Face Pulls w/ black EFS band

BW Chins

Pushdowns w/ red EFS band
50x2

Banded Pull Aparts w/ red EFS band
15x3

DONE

Quick and easy. Paused squats felt great and the face pulls really got the blood flowing.
Still working on Cycle 13 programming.
