Its actually 8 sets of 4 reps. No harm, No foul!

Two days in a row of benching is not the greatest thing in the world, but its better than not being able to do it.

First week done. 10x3 are tough. Starting Monday everything moves up 10lbs. Ready for the challenge.

Back is feeling a little better. Still PVC rolling. Hoping this ends soon. Starting to have Deadlift withdrawls.

Wow - 10 reps @ 225 is no slouch DZ (I hope I got it right this time haha)

I am also a big fan of band pushdowns. Sucks about the back, but good it seems to be improving. I hear ya on the deadlift withdrawal, as last Winter I was facing the prospect of never doing them ever again. Yikes!!
