I felt more ready to pull after warming up with some light squats. I like squatting after, too. Going to continue to do it that way.

Great session tonight. Really pushed myself on everything tonight. It is my 5's week so the weights are little lighter. Pushed the envelope and killed everything.

My training is coming along very nicely. My body weight is up to 215 and I just feel so much more fuller and thicker. When I started lifting in October of last year, I was 175 and couldn't even bench, squat or deadlift my own bodyweight. I feel so much strong(er) and better.

Squats are coming up on Wednesday. Lets not have a repeat of last week!
