I wasn't about to fail a fourth time on the bench.

I have to believe that the rowing has helped with bench and dl.

Great training session, but very hard. DL money set was great. You know it was good when after you're done you see stars. Felt real strong.

I am trying high volume bench squats in hopes of strengthening my regular squats.

I do like warming up with squats before I DL. Going to keep doing that.

Indeed, warming up with squats is the way to do it DZ! Doing that has always worked well for me.

Sheesh - 385 X7!! That is just fucking awesome DZ I love it!

How do you like squatting after pulling? Squats always feel great to me after pulling. Sessions like these just don't get any better.
