DB Shrugs

70x20e

BW Chins
8x2

BW Dips

DONE

PR train keeps rollin'! Money set felt strong! Back off sets were burners. Meadows was a full body sweat. Decided to try DB Shrugs this go around. Felt like they hit more than the BB Shrugs. Ran out of gas after the Rows/Shrugs so my chins and dips suffered.

Its just too darn hot in my garage. It was 100+ outside so the garage had to be 110+. Suppose to cool off the rest of the week. Can't wait.

Awesome song to lift to!

Do any of you Americans park your cars in the garage? I have absolutely no idea how you can handle that kind of heat, so props to you

Well done of the OHP rep PR as well. You are one helluva lifter DZ!

I will be adding painkiller to my playlist as well as your right - it was written to lift by. Thanks!

Thnx Rich for your kind words.

I use to have back problems before I started lifting. I was bound and determined to end my back issues. I think thats why I row like a mofo. I NEVER want to go through that kind of crap again.

Cold front did blow through but not until late last night. Nice and cool this morning though!

I do park my cars in the garage. We are fortunate enough to have a 2.5 stall garage. It also helps that I drive a Mini Cooper S and my wife has a VW GTI.

Dealt with the heat last year too.

Thnx Jimmy Tree Trunks!

If Painkiller doesnt get the blood flowing then I don't know what will!
