Log Update

Just been busy last few days due to work and family commitments. But more importantly, I have been training consistently and lifting weights. Steve's Strength building routine has been really helpful and its been more than 8 weeks that I am following it. I have decided to follow it for the next 8 weeks as well.

Below are current 1 RMs

Bench Press - 65 kgs. Goal - 95 kgs

Squats - 105 kgs. Goal - 150 kgs

Deadlifts - 110 kgs. Goal - 180 kgs

I may not be regular on the forum. I hope all of you are hitting PRs regularly. Cheers.
