2. Treadmill: Speed Walks - 10 mins Run - 5 mins

3. Push Ups: 3 sets all till failure

4. Cross Trainer - 15 mins

5. Cycling - 15 mins

Shoulders and Triceps Day

1. Body Stretching and Light warm up - 10 mins

2. Barbell Seated Military Presses - 4 sets

Small bar was not free so I used the bench press bar

Warm up set with bar

10x10 kgs

3. Inclined DB Press - 4 sets

12x10 kgs DB in each hand
12x10 kgs DB in each hand
8x12.5 kgs DB in each hand
6x15 kgs DB in each hand

4. DB Front Raises - 4 sets

8 reps per hand x 10 kgs DBs
8 reps per hand x 10 kgs DBs
6 reps per hand x 12.5 kgs DBs
6 reps per hand x 12.5 kgs DBs

5. Close Grip Bench Press - 4 sets

10x15 kgs
6x25 kgs
6x25 kgs
6x25 kgs

6. Lying Triceps Extension - 4 sets

12x5 kgs
6x10 kgs
6x10 kgs
6x10 kgs

7. Pulley Push Down - 4 sets of progressive loading.

Overall Rating - Good. Nicely pumped and pretty good form on all exercises.

Sumo DL

4x60 kgs
6x60 kgs (Pushed myself more)

3. Leg extensions - 4 sets all plates used

4. Leg Curls - 4 sets of progressive loading

5. Calf Raises - 5 sets, all till failure

Overal rating: Very good. Finally improving form on deadlifts. Very happy with this.

Sunday - Rest.

Monday - Bench Press.
