MAB Full Body Workout

I normally go to the gym M,W,F, but considering my school/internship/work schedule is crazy right now. I couldnt get there last Friday or this Monday. So it'll be T,Th,S this week.

Squats

I only added five pound this week, but for some reason, I couldnt get any more reps per set. Maybe I was more worn out than I thought. Plus I couldnt seem to keep the bar from sliding off my back. Granted there's not much back there for it to sit on. I was mainly just trying to get my 20 reps.

Close Grip Bench

10x75
8x75
I initially went up five pounds from last week, but it felt rather easy, so I wentup another five pound the second set.

Dumbell Rows

6x60

Barbell Curls

8x40
4x40 r 4x40

Standing Calf Raise

Abs: Sit-Ups 20,20,20

This wasn't a horrible workout, but I was expecting better performance from myself on squats based on last week.

Went down in reps in compared to last week. I can never seem to get past 10 on the first set, and it goes down hill after that.

Same weight, but slightly increased reps

DB Shrugs

I tried these sitting down today. Its seemed like I could feel the movement more in my traps.

Abs: Situps 20,15,6 Got a horrible cramp in my stomach
Overall, not a bad workout. I felt like I had more energy that last time.
