I guess my body is getting used to doing these, because they actually feel like they are getting easier, even as the weight is increasing.
Excellent. Keep up the good work.

Monday Sept 16, 2013

Squat
8x130
6x130
8x130
(22/20 reps) At least for me, the weight is becoming legitimately heavy. I can't fathom how people can do this with 4-500lbs

Close Grip Bench
7x95
5x95
3x95
(15/20 reps)
15x45

DB Rows
7x75
6x75
5x75
(18/20 reps) 1 up from last week

Standing Calf Raise
10x210
10x210
10x210

Barbell Curls
7x40
5x40
6x35
10x20
I didn't do BB curls last week due to time constraints, and I really lost some strength.

Abs (Crunches @ home before bed tonight)

Wednesday Sept 18, 2013

Deadlift
8x155
6x185
4x185
This really sucked compared to last week.

Military Press
10x50
6x60
6x60

Pull-Ups
11, 6, 5

Seated Calf Raise
10x70
10x70
8x70

Cable Tricep Ext
10x50
8x60
8x60
I initially tried for dips, but I had shoulder pain in the first few reps, so I switched to this.
I wasnt too happy with this workout. Though I know a lack of sleep and a poor eating had alot to do with it.

Sept 26, 2013

Deadlift
8x155
6x185
6x185
Can't seem to get back up to 200 from a few weeks ago, but I did get one more rep than last week, so I guess that counts for something

Military Press (BB)
8x70
6x70
4x70

Pull-Ups 11, 8, 6

Seated Calf Raise
8x110
8x110
6x110
I going to have to go down in weight on these.

Dips, 20, 12, 6
I usually add weight on dips, but my shoulder was still hurting a little, so I decided to just go to failure without weight.

Abs (sit-ups 20, 22, 18)

Yeah, I would like to say that its due to my stress level, school/work schedule, and not so great eating over the last week or two. However, this seems to alway happen no matter what the lift is, or my level of self care at the time. Anytime I reach a certian milestone, I can never seem get back to that level for a LONG time. Sometime I feel like my body is constantly working against me.

Friday Sept 27, 2013

Squats
20x100

BB Bench Press
10x95
6x100
4x100
Interestingly enough, the free weight section was more crowded than the bench press, so I did these instead. First time in years.

Barbell Row
10x90
8x90
8x90
I tried them underhand for the first time. Didnt care for it.

DB Curls
8x25
6x25
3x25-3x20-4x10

Abs (leg raises 25, 28, 23)
