Looking pretty good! Bench dips are a great way to finish off the day. If you have any weird shoulder pain from them discontinue. On the Kroc rows, typically they are done as 2 or 3 warmup sets of 8 with one all out set of 20-30+ reps. Add weight when you can do at least 20. Your sets are just DB row sets.

Tonite went fairly well.

Back Squat
Bar 2x10
60kg 1x10
80kg 1x5
100kg 1x5
120kg 1x3
140kg 1x3
155kg 8/8/5=21 (3x20)

Front Squat
60kg 1x10
70kg 10/10/10/10/10=50 On paper this looked easy as, reality was a little different.

Leg Curls
4x30

I not only believe you wrt the front squats, but know exactly what you mean! I absolutely hate them, but from time to time revisit them, as yet another way to torture myself. Y'know, when I'm that bored, lol.
