I have e been working big hours lately and I missed two workouts because of it. Weak excuse I know. Instead of training I needed sleep so I slept in my truck, couch, floor and bed. I felt pretty good tonight so my training went like this.

Back Squats
Bar 2x10
60kg 1X10
100KG 1X10
142.5KG 8/8/6=22 (3x20)

Romen Deads
60kg 1x10

122kg 10/10=20 (2x15)

Front Squats
60kg 1x10

OK I,m flat out catching up on the 2x training secessions that I missed earlier this week so today I gained one back and tomorrow I will get back the second one. Crises over.

Dead Lift (Sumo)
