Gidday MAB, I've been lurking around for awhile now, and I finally plucked up the courage to start a log and share my weight lifting journey. My training does wander around a bit, due to work commitments and the like, But I have a goal to compete in Raw Powerlifting at a national level here in New Zealand so I'm trying to go "Balls To The Wall" to get there. So don't be afraid to criticize me when my training looks a bit average.
