19/7/13

This week has been a disaster in the Skids Lifting camp, I tore my hands up pretty bad at work which made bench press really hard, I was enduring rather than enjoying it so I got no where on that so I didn't even log it then tonight I went to do my deads and I'm all burnt out. Maybe its time for a deload week I dont no ?

Deads
60kg 2x10
100kg 1x10
140kg 5x1
160kg 1x1
180kg 1x1
165kg 5x1

and thats it. I'm feeling completely wiped out. Works been tough for the last couple off weeks, maybee its all catching up, Fuk knows.

Eat, sleep, eat, sleep, eat, sleep. Give it a few days and see how you feel.

Nice work man, killed it. I like the 5x10 squats too.
