11/7/13

Tonight went pretty good, tried out behind the neck standing press, its fairly tricky it seems.

Bench Press
bar 2x20
60kg 2x10
80kg 2x10
100kg 1x5
105kg 8/8/7/6=29 (4x25)

Crock Rows
36kg 15/15/15=45 (3x40)

Behind the neck standing press
40kg 10/10/10/10/10=50 (3x30)

Tricep Extensions
45kg 10/7/5/6=28 (4x35)

Chin ups
BW=15 throughout training session.

Strong work there. I agree, BtN presses are tricky at first. I like 'em though.
