Right now I'm currently only taking 5g creatine post workout, whey protein powder, and BCAAs intra workout. Stopped vitamins a little while back and rarely using a PWO because I drink 2 cups of coffee before going. I'm feeling a lot better lately not putting all that junk into my system.
